Temple:
This center is used by the networkers to counter addictions (reduce
the negative effects of contraband) to pacify the indigenous people of a
planet and to train the elite guardians of the Network. It's presence does
the second. The trade of the Networker priests is to train and that is why
the Temple is effective in countering addictions and training the elite
forces.
This temple is also used to replicate. Without this building, no Networkers
will be born.
