Firefly The Firefly is the rebirth of the oldest ship in the Networker fleet. The old Hexads, which were huge shiny spheres, were refitted with the latest in warp capable engines. Firefly is still a colonizing ship, with very few weapons and a huge cargo space. It's unique in that the mount for a large weapon is the largest size available. She has 2 fighter bays which, having been modified from shuttle-bays, contain 20 pads each. The large weapon was mounted on the forward "flying-bridge" and is also the location of the 4 aux. generators.
