The Foo-Amelec is the lowest level fighter, designed for combat in a dense atmosphere and in the near world space. Pilots who have encountered the FOO-AM and survived to tell the tale will swear that the Foo-Am can make 90 degree turns. And; they're not far off. Being solid state, the Networkers do not experience G-Lock and can thusly use the full capacity of their ships.
A Foo-Am fighter is covered in a dense microwave cloud of plasma which polarizes the atmospheric gas into smoothe sheets which cut wind resistence and drag to less than 1E -83 percent of normal and allow the Foo-Am to move at top speed in any direction almost instantly. Networkers being energy specialists have no problem with fuel efficiency in these birds, with plenty left over to drive 5 or more particle beam mass-disruptors.
Foo-Am fighters do not have armor and cannot survive without shields as with most networker ships. They can outrun almost anything.
