Special	Must have on switch. Cools planet 1 unit per turn of use. Will not go below the temperature which the Native life finds comfortable.

Coordination center:
The coordination center is a local node of the EPSA mainframe. Besides housing the planetary cloak (which cools a planet 1 degree a turn until the locals are comfortable), this structure allows Networker defenses to act in unison. These structures enhance the effectiveness of fighters and can house thorpedoes or rockets.
