Computer Center:
Networkers use the computer center to train aboriginals. Allowing them
access to the might of the network allows them to advance at a higher pace
than they might otherwise. Effectively, a computer center allows the
inhabitents of worlds to become part of the research and devellopment team of
the Networkers, advancing tech levels. This also leads to trainees joining the
Networker service.
